Best car leasing/trade experience I've ever had! In fact, didn't even plan on making a decision that day, just out to see what was available. Had already been to a few other dealerships where the salespeople didn't even plan on making a decision that day, just out to see what was available. Had already been to a few other dealerships where the salespeople were either unfriendly or just too absorbed in their worlds to 'hear' what I was saying. In spite of being in the middle of something, the manager (sorry can't recall his name, but he's from MI and we spoke about motorcycles) directed my husband and me to Paul V. Paul listened and heard what I was saying, was upfront about what was available, what he (and the dealership) could do. I appreciated his authenticity; so I leased a vehicle that day, even though I would have to wait for it : ) More

The car itself is beautiful and has been a dream car for a few years, I just wasn't ready for the price. Paul was able to give me the best deal possible, just to keep my business and make me happy and comfortable with what I could afford. Everyone else (including Tully---so sweet and just a great person!) was very friendly, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. They also let me ring the gong twice since I didn't get the first time on video lol. I would highly recommend this dealership for great customer service and awesome pricing-Paul will beat anyone's pricing and have a positive fun attitude with each conversation you have. More
