I got my first palisade in 2022 Aug from Bloomington Luther, it was a great experience with sales and management, especially Andy Jones. After couple of days, I noticed wind noise issue and also experienced engine rattling issue where car was not moving more than 10miles during cold temperature. Spent 2000+ miles to run around repair and diagnosis, no luck. The Hyundai CSS Department is awful and useless, it really made me to think about not go for Hyundai anymore. But, Andy Jones and his management at Bloomington Hyundai are turned me other way, tried their best to resolve my concern, helped to get a new vehicle. Well taken care! Finally I have worry free car. More
