Me and my husband went to buy a new Honda Accord Hybrid Sport, the sales Manager Paul Schmidt is too rude treated us very badly after buying the car and even raised his voice on us and tried to kick us out just for trying to negotiate on the price. They cant just treat us like xxxx for trying to negotiate on car. Worst customer service ever had. Not sure how @Honda even appoint such salesmen who don't have patience and know how to treat their customers. They don't have any knowledge on car or the car features and tried to charge extra for color which is free from Honda.Even their website don't have correct listing of features of car , the internet member will not send the correct information and nor the sales manager or sales people know anything about cars.
