I've been getting these texts to review my shopping at Ziegler Toyota of Racine and I'm fine with filling out more than one or if the other one I wrote didn't go through, then I hope this one works. But Dakota and Brad proved to me that not only do they want to sell me a car, try to at every step and give me any flexibility possible for any way I'd want to give them their business ASAP. I'll also say that I know that they proved to me that they don't just want to sell me a car. They want me to love what I buy, love the final decision I made and the experiences I had there. And every other staff member who chatted there or I saw was just like a good friend and I mean it. I learned some names, shopping there for a few days like Adrian, Joe, Noah and Paul in service. Anyone who was at any desk there or in a Ziegler shirt when I had a question and couldn't find Dakota or Brad at the moment helped me and chatted like a good friend and told me I was never taking their time if I had a question. I don't think an oil change should take over an hour to complete. Probably took longer for the representative to upsell maintenance that I didn't come in for.
