I always had my truck serviced at Wayne Ford with good results, but the last time I brought it in for sevice, they kept it for over a week with no telephone updates and when they finally called me back th results, but the last time I brought it in for sevice, they kept it for over a week with no telephone updates and when they finally called me back they said they couldn't determine the actual problem and then decided it was either the rear differential or transfer case, then proceeded to tell me that the truck was too old and couldn't be fixed. But they had the nerve to charge me the diagnostics fee. I will never go back to Wayne Ford for service or future vehicle purchases More
