I took my car for some service during thanksgiving week, the estimated time they told me was 20 hrs labor plus the time that takes to receive the part, it takes almost 3 weeks for them to fix the issue wit the estimated time they told me was 20 hrs labor plus the time that takes to receive the part, it takes almost 3 weeks for them to fix the issue with my car. And they try to blame it on the holiday but how 20 hrs + delivery of the part became 3 week ?? Brought my car for a tire rotation this morning. Stressed to the service advisor to inspect my wheels as i had just got them redone due to previous damage and they had no damage. He walked around the car and no damage was found or pointed out by service advisor. Fast forward to me receiving my car back. I inspect it and 2 wheels are damaged. I go back to the service advisor and he tells me "That damage was already there" this is not only dissapointing but down right disrespectful to myself. The only reason i brought it to Honda was to avoid this. Having so many tore shops closer to my house i chose a Honda dealership because i thought my car was in good hands. First there was a "he said she said" discussion with the service manager. Then a review of camera footage, where not only did they not prove anyhting to me but he wanted me to partially pay for the repair. After 30mins of back and forth he said he would call his wheel guy and get the one wheel fixed even though 2 where damaged. And emphasizing to me he was "helping me out" even though the damage was not there upon my arrival. I purchased my wifes car at this dealership and now i will be hesitant to ever bring any of my vehicles in for service if my wheel is not fixed to my liking. I simple service has now turned into a headache and the rest of my day will be having to deal with this issue. More
Do not go to this dealership for service. They are not reputable. I was issued two extended warranties from Honda for my 2016 Civic due to A/C issues. The issue had to do with both the conden They are not reputable. I was issued two extended warranties from Honda for my 2016 Civic due to A/C issues. The issue had to do with both the condenser and compressor. Both of these parts failed and they diagnosed the condenser as my fault and would not cover the warranty. The compressor they charged my extended warranty company instead of Honda. This dealership will lie to you and will not cover Honda warranties. More

Our experience at Spreen was as expected except that the sales person was exceptional. He made us feel welcomed, he was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, patient and overall nice. I went to Spreen Honda expecting to have my air conditioning compressor O ring seals replaced under Honda's extended warranty that was mailed to me. While Juan Perez was very helpful and courteous, I'm am sticker-shocked and unhappy about having to suddenly spend over $1300.00 to have Spreen Honda replace my car's evaporator too. This was an unexpected and devastating expense at time when my family is struggling like most others. Also, the air conditioning does not feel as cold as it used to be. More
