I’m not one to write reviews but this needed to be put out there so this does not happen to anyone else. On March 22nd I had an appointment to go look at a 21 Toyota Supra that was certified. I was fully out there so this does not happen to anyone else. On March 22nd I had an appointment to go look at a 21 Toyota Supra that was certified. I was fully ready to move forward and brought all info needed to make it as seamless as possible. We agreed on numbers and had one approval from the bank. I was told we were waiting to see if Toyota Financial had a better rate and that the only person that could call was the GM. This was after 5 and I was told that the GM won’t be back till Monday. So we left and were going to wait till then. Paul (our “sales person” if you call him that) called me first thing on Saturday saying the GM actually came in and called Toyota Financial. They told me the rate was better and all this “good news”. Now I also work in the auto industry and told them I work all day since it’s Saturday and the first I could get there would be Monday after my shift. I was told yeah no problem we will see you then. I assumed the vehicle was mine at this point after going through everything and agreeing to purchase. I excitedly texted Paul on Monday morning to confirm we’re all set for pick up later that day. All I got back was..”that car sold on Saturday”…. I called him asking why the vehicle was not held like I assumed would be since I was told we’re all good for Monday. All he said is they don’t hold cars. IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD HAVE LEFT WORK ON SATURDAY AND CAME DOWN TO DO THE REST OF THE PAPERWORK! Super frustrated I called the used car manager “who had nothing to do with the situation but had to express my frustration with. He said he could keep an eye out… I also emailed the GM and absolutely no response. Put in a request with Toyota directly and was told they were going to contact me by end of day that Wednesday. This place does not care about customer experience. Take your business elsewhere to any other Toyota dealer. You’ll just end up disappointed More

Faulkner Toyota is fantastic! I have purchased several vehicles from them starting with a 2011 4Runner. The sales department is always professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly friendly. That has been only the start of the relationship in my opinion. The service I have received is phenomenal. Always accommodating. Appointments have never been an issue and everything has always been completed on time and my my service advisor Shannon always keeps me posted on the status of my vehicle. He is why I would never go anywhere else but Faulkner for service. Great people and overall just a fantastic experience. Keep up the good work. More
