Sale day was great. No problems. Follow-up experience sucks. I've made over 5 phone calls trying to arrange scheduling to get graphene coating applied to my new Lex No problems. They were very slow to respond to my questions about a scratch that needed repair. Eventually they gave me a business card for the repair but when I called that company they only do seat/cushion/fabric re scratch that needed repair. Eventually they gave me a business card for the repair but when I called that company they only do seat/cushion/fabric repairs, not scratches on the body of the car. Someone called me to follow up on the service and I mentioned this to her but I still haven't received the recommendation they promised me. I can't rate them because I'm not sure who was dealing with what there were so many phone calls and different names. Also, I mentioned to the woman who called to see how happy I was with the service and I told her the car was not clean - the carpets had debris on them and the windows were not cleaned and streaked as if someone used a dirty rag on them. I had cleaned the interior of the car myself before the service, so it wasn't dirty when it was picked up. More
