Also, when I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist with a big smile! She asked if I needed help carrying all my stuff. I said yes please so she asked another gentleman to assist me and he did so very willingly. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and nobody has made the paperwork and signing as easy as Dave Smith does. I was on a very tight timeframe and everyone respected that and did what they could to "hurry me through" without sacrificing quality, professionalism and explanations where necessary. I may need to see Marc a lot more but he was very pleasant to work with and extremely patient and knowledgeable. What a really super TEAM you have! Congratulations!
