Outstanding Service and Customer Care After a long awaited BMW purchase, my wife and I could not be happier with the end to end service and customer care we received at The BMW Store. The After a long awaited BMW purchase, my wife and I could not be happier with the end to end service and customer care we received at The BMW Store. The salesman, Paul Kolleck was nothing short of exceptional ensuring all details were covered, questions answered, trade-in fairly quoted and any concerns addressed. On the day of our pickup, Susan Ward, the resident BMW Genius ensured we fully understood every aspect of the car, both in an out. She is no doubt very knowledgeable with the BMW brand of cars! I would have no issue purchasing another car from The BMW Store and recommending friends and family. Keep up the great work! More

Ric Koresky (a fellow i3 driver) was great to work with on the lease and handed me off to Paul Kolleck in the CPO department to discuss my options to purchase the vehicle. It would have been easy for Paul to stick to the script and move me along, but he did not do that. He took a sincere interest in my needs and got me to a place where purchase made sense. He even followed up on the few odd things about getting an electric car to CPO. Could not be happier with my experience at BMW Store. I will buy again when the need arises. More

Paul is friendly and enthusiastic and we luckily we were able to come to a deal quickly as I was crunched for time. My interactions with Susan, Conor, and Ric were brief but they were very courteous and definitely contributed towards an all-around positive experience. Would definitely recommend doing business here. More
