They looked at it after I paid my $50 diagnostic fee, and they claimed that it just needed to be lubricated. They charged me $90 to get it lubricated, and it still doesn't work. Next, my engine blew up after an oil change. I found out about a recall on the engines 2 years later after spending $4000 to get a new engine put in. They claim my engine isn't one of the ones affected, even though I have been neurotic about maintenance, and the new oil didn't even cycle through the engine because the garage that put the new engine in said it was thick. Now, I have glue coming out of the passenger side seat belt harness. It is clearly a manufacturing defect as there is nothing I could do to to cause this, and the glue inside might possibly be affecting the passenger side airbag. They said that KIA will not cover the cost of the repairs. If I were a dealership, I would have at least waived the $50 diagnostic fee if they truly cared about their customers. This defect could be FATAL if the passenger airbag doesn't deploy in an accident. I asked, "So you guys sold me a defective car, and now I have to pay for it?" He said YES. So they are admitting that Kia vehicles are BAD CARS. I used to love my car, I paid a lot of money for it, and I was a believer in KIA and swore I would always buy one. Now, I can't wait until I can get rid of my KIA and get something else. I will NEVER buy a KIA ever again, and will make sure that everyone I know will not buy one, either. I work for a home builder, so I am going to make sure I tell all of my clients about all of the manufacturing defects in my Sportage, and we build for a countless amount of people in a 100+mile radius. Do NOT buy a KIA, and especially DO NOT buy from Kia of Jamestown. They don't care about their customer's safety. More

I recently purchased a 2013 Kia soul. This was my 2cd Kia Soul, the 1st was a 2011. When I first saw the Soul, I thought the outside was hideous, but truly, the looks grow on you. It was certainly not the lo Soul, the 1st was a 2011. When I first saw the Soul, I thought the outside was hideous, but truly, the looks grow on you. It was certainly not the looks that sold me originally. It was the size of the interior, cost, and mileage. The only thing I disliked in the 2011 was the color. I wanted black so it didn't stand out so much. Who knew that a black car would always be so difficult to keep clean. I drive 80 miles or more for work 5 days a week. Considering the price range, this car has been the most amazing car ever as far as handling in the winter months. Also, for anyone with children, or in my case grandchildren, this car WILL hold 3 full sized car seats in the back seat! My huge SUV I owned prior to this small car could only hold 2 full car seats and a booster seat! The amount of space in this tiny car is amazing! If I could upload pictures onto this site I could show you some incredible photos of the interior capabilities! Mitch Costanzo was our sales consultant. He is not only very professional, but has a great personality and sense of humor. At no point did we feel pressured! Wow, that is huge when buying a car! My past experiences have certainly not been non- pressured! Torrey Johnson, sales manager was great as well. They both worked to get a payment amount in the area I had hoped for. The service Dept., outstanding as well! I have been bringing my Soul's for the last 3 years to the "Kia of Jamestown" service dept. I have always received high quality work in a timely manner. The staff in the service dept. are professional and knowledgeable. Overall experience was just a great success. Oh, and by the way, my new 2013 Soul is fireball red, and I love that it stands out! "Why fit in when you were born to standout! Dr. Seuss" More
