Adrian Parnass is incompetent, aggressive, rude, condescending, completely apathetic, and spectacularly lacking in professionalism (and racist in my experience). We visited the dealership to trad condescending, completely apathetic, and spectacularly lacking in professionalism (and racist in my experience). We visited the dealership to trade in our Mazda and explore potential purchase options. The initial salesman was courteous, offering us coffee and snacks despite our polite refusal. After a test drive, Adrian took over without understanding our requirements. He aggressively pushed us to make a quick decision, and when we explained we needed time to weigh our options, he turned rude and condescending. His sarcastic comment, "Did you stop here for coffee and then intend to go to your drive to LA," was uncalled for. When we tried to reason with this numb person and failed to get a logical thought through his brick for brains, he dismissively said, "See you after 4 years," referencing a previous visit for a repair. At that time they had done the evaluation voluntarily when we were only there for a repair on the car. Adrian never apologized, leaving us feeling undervalued and disrespected. Thankfully, the initial salesman and Ricky Aguilar showed some empathy, but the damage was done. When I booked the appointment I asked how long it would take for just an oil change because I had a meeting. I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived I declined the inspections and the Carwa take for just an oil change because I had a meeting. I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived I declined the inspections and the Carwash and was told it would be quick. I waited 2 hours for just a Carwash. Ridiculous and unacceptable. More
