I have always been happy with the service I've received

I dropped off my car before 8 a.m., assuming that the routine service it needed would be completed before noon, and then -- if the mechanics had time -- the other issues I had mentioned would be addressed. When I texted after noon to see what the status was, having heard nothing all morning, I was told nothing had been done and the car would not be ready until after 3, with ONLY the routine maintenance done. I've been a very loyal customer since getting this car, and I was not happy with the fact that my request for information about other minor issues meant my car was left there all day long, disrupting my whole plan for the day. And with no apology for the inconvenience.
I cannot realistically rate the individuals here because other than Tyson Adams, I don't know who did what. I will say that this is the first time I've had a negative experience, and I have to wonder if it stems in part from moving the Mazda service to the Chevrolet area.

None of my vehicles have ever received any service outside of Gainesville Chevroletsl's service department ever and to be handled with such distrust is heart breaking. A "oil cap"? 6 to 8 years of both minor and major repairs on 5 DIFFERENT vehicles and a "oil cap" is what had push me to the point of never wanting to receive any service or do business with Davis Chevrolet.
