We have bought 5 cars from them in the past and always had an amazing experience. As we were walking around the lot, we were greeted by name, which makes a person feel good! We have dealt with Margaret several times, and she told us to let her know exactly what we wanted and she would find it and bring it in. When we went back the following week ready to get started, she was on vacation and we met Paul, an energetic young salesman who was eager to please. We chatted and told him what car, color, trim package etc that we wanted. He told us he would start looking and see what he could find. He called me at lunchtime the next day and told me he had found "the car", and that they had a driver on the way to pick it up! He told us it would be on the lot later that day so we arranged a time to come in and get the paperwork started. When we got there, the car had arrived, and they were cleaning it up. It was exactly what we asked for, and we couldn't be more pleased. As usual, the finance process was quick and smooth. I am always amazed at how easy it is to deal with the folks at Newton. When it comes time to replace my car in a few years, there is no question where we will go! More
