I'd go back I had a great experience at Palmetto Ford as a first time car purchaser. Paul was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and happily I had a great experience at Palmetto Ford as a first time car purchaser. Paul was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and happily addressed any concerns or hesitations I had. He made the car buying experience a breeze. Mike in finance was great. He worked with my family and I to make sure I had the best financial set up. He was patient and flexible which was greatly appreciated. And of course Nycki was awesome. She went over the features of the vehicle with me in detail after I purchased and was always reaching out to make sure all of my questions were answered. More

Recent purchase of 2016 Ford Edge I would just like to thank Ted Eshleman, Scott and Mike in once again making the whole process of purchasing a vehicle so straight forward and stress I would just like to thank Ted Eshleman, Scott and Mike in once again making the whole process of purchasing a vehicle so straight forward and stress free , this is the 5th vehicle I have leased or purchased from Palmetto Ford and every time the team has really gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I received the exact color of vehicle that had arrived on the lot that day. My only reservation is not with Palmetto Ford but with the Ford website providing misleading information regarding the functionality of Ford Pass and Apple Car play on the 2016 Sync 3. The 2016 spec does not have integration described on the web site. However the Palmetto Ford team confirmed they would ensure I received the upgrade when it comes out later this year with the 2017 models. 0verall very satisfied with customer service of the team - thanks again guys ! More

Assistance of Paul in purchasing my new Lincoln C I could not be more pleased with the assistance I received from Paul during the purchase of my new Lincoln, we amused us during a wait and eventually I could not be more pleased with the assistance I received from Paul during the purchase of my new Lincoln, we amused us during a wait and eventually did all the paperwork for the sale although we were there for another salesperson. My spouse wanted to leave but that was my can and Paul knew it so he started the paperwork for the other salesman that was with another customer, Thanks Paul More
