Rick Katz was genuine and professional in both knowledge and appearance. Much more than the typical "what number can I give you to earn your business" bs-er. Paul in finance was also top notch. Unusual to find one, let alone two such professional well spoken people in a car dealership in Southern CA today. I probably could have gotten a little better price at one of those 15 acre dealerships out in the desert, but I trusted Rich and was happy to do business with him. I will certainly give the dealership's maintenance department a chance. I know maintenance is the cash cow, but hopefully I won't need a new, not covered by the warranty head gasket at my first oil change. More
