I really appreciated how she was easy to do business with and never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable during the entire process. I went to about 4 or 5 other dealerships before coming here for different car makes/models and out of all the salespersons that I encountered she offered me the best total sales experience. She would take it upon herself to find accurate answers if I asked her something she was unsure of and I really appreciated how she would want to give me correct information. She took the time to get to know us personally and created an excellent rapport. She was so helpful my Dad will be coming back to her when he is ready to upgrade his current Mazda CX-5. We also met with Paul Clark in finance and Tom Deering the manager who both were very friendly, helpful, and professional and helped make this a truly memorable experience. More

Capistrano Mazda came back with the best offer on the Mazda 6 Touring. Katrina Brown was the sales associate who so patiently e-mailed me for a couple days as we discussed the deal and actually honored it when I came in to do the paperwork. She made this whole experience so wonderful and if I could give 10 stars to this dealership, I would. After the paperwork was done and we were ready to go, the head of the service department, Fredy Campos, came over and introduced himself and explained everything I needed to know before driving away with my new Mazda 6. I am more than satisfied with my new car and especially the dealership I got it from! THANK YOU CAPO MAZDA & KATRINA BROWN!!! More
