Having never bought a new car before, I was leery of the dealer experience. I am so glad I came to Capo Mazda. Forouz did a fantastic job of fully explaining the car to me, even emailing me videos on the different features. She took time with me to discuss financing and make sure that I got the car that I really wanted for a great price. I was very happy with everyone I came into contact with at the dealership - they were all so friendly and accommodating. Such a great experience for a first time new car buyer! More

We did our research when looking for a car, shopping at multiple dealerships, and after doing so, realized that we wouldn't be buying anywhere other than with Marcin at Capo Mazda. Marcin was incredibly well-informed and was not pushy or aggressive with us. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions we had, taking all of our phone calls and meeting with us multiple times. Marcin made the process so seamless and painless. Tom checked in with us multiple times to ensure that our experience with Marcin and the rest of the staff was going well - he was friendly and made our experience that much better. I never thought I'd feel any level of loyalty to a car dealership, but absolutely do after our experience with Marcin at Capo Mazda. We will be back to work with Marcin for our next car purchase! I have been so in love with the car and constantly in awe every time driving it that I am writing this review 3 months late! This was my first time visiting a dealership to purchase my car. In the past, I have opted for private party but with the experience that I had with Capistrano Mazda and their team, has changed me. I walked into their newly renovated building and was instantly greeted by Diego who took care of me for the rest of my visit. During our test drive, Diego was very knowledgeable about the Mazda6 I was considering and was extremely helpful. After short consideration, I was sold. The experience, the price (the best price around- private or dealer), the atmosphere and culture at Capo Mazda made my trip so easy. Moe also came in to introduce himself and was extremely nice and professional. We hit it off and they really make you feel at home. I am so glad I found this dealership! A Positive Car Buying Experience My daughter asked me to help her buy a new CX-5 and after a week's worth of online comparison shopping with 7 different dealers, we went to Capistrano My daughter asked me to help her buy a new CX-5 and after a week's worth of online comparison shopping with 7 different dealers, we went to Capistrano Mazda for a test drive and to meet Marcin whom I had been in email contact with. He was very helpful, informative and accommodating, but never pushy. When we left I told him that I would still be considering other offers and he was more than willing to negotiate with us. The end result was that with the help of his manager, Tom, they came up with a creative plan to make the deal happen and my daughter happy. I was very pleased with their willingness to work with us. Additionally, our experience with Paul in the finance department also very positive. He too was surprisingly accommodating and very willing to work with my daughter at coming up with a package that met her specific needs without any of the all-to-common high pressure sales pitches for add-ons. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole buying experience and would highly recommend Capistrano Mazda. More
