I had a free oil change coming because I leased my vehicle from them on 9/1/23. I drove 1 hour to get there, and waited 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. With the time spent at vehicle from them on 9/1/23. I drove 1 hour to get there, and waited 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. With the time spent at 4 1/2 hours, the free oil change was not worth it. 2 1/2 hours waiting, with no communication from the service agent? Not acceptable! More
