There are good people here but unfortunately the typical stereo type of the "car dealership" are true here also. Pricing games with dealer add on's, finance add on's, and etc. The dealer add on's are SCAMS! stereo type of the "car dealership" are true here also. Pricing games with dealer add on's, finance add on's, and etc. The dealer add on's are SCAMS!! Just a way to get their price up to where they want no matter the so called "bonus cash or any other incentives" they may offer. My family has bought several vehicles from this dealership only cause the distance factor and location. If there was another dealer closer or one who happen to have the right one I was looking for, I would had gone there. The sales manager argued with us about the fact we were disputing have to pay for the dealer add on's more than he was trying to sell the vehicle. Another sign of shady business and one manager who I think is the Fleet or Internet sales told me " You drove all the way up here to dispute something" even though I was coming to drop off a family member for service. Just plain rude and certainly not customer friendly! The last vehicle I bought from this dealership will be my last, due to the experience. I was told to come up and make a deal and get an offer for a trade in. Keep in mind I had received a letter stating I would “receive Top Dollar" for my trade. That was further from the truth!!!!! They offered me bottom dollar cause " the person who grades cars was gone" so I guess I was either given a low bid cause they didn’t know what they were doing and or the top dollar was a scam just to get you in the door. I drove off and left, then on the way home the salesman/middleman calls me and asks why I left. I said because you said we couldn’t make a deal and shook my hand. Typical, why can’t you just be HONEST for once and be transparent, but I guess it’s easier to scam people and make more profit then to sleep good at night and know your honest. I could go on and on, but bottom line is don’t go to this place, and if you do bring a cpa, a lawyer, and a ford rep on cell phone to aid in knowing the lies, scams and pricing misleading. More

Professional and Efficient The best car buying experience ever. Have bought from other dealerships and this experience was the best one ever. I am almost 60 years old and do The best car buying experience ever. Have bought from other dealerships and this experience was the best one ever. I am almost 60 years old and do not like high pressure salesman and non-disclosure of information and salesman who infuse confusion and chaos into the buying process. Mr. Young and Mr. Casper were extremely professional, pleasant, honest, and were very up front and thorough regarding price amounts, finance and vehicle features. The finance person, Rob, was very efficient and very thorough as well. Will definitely return on my next vehicle purchase. Would give them a 10 Star Rating if I could based on their extreme professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. More

New vehicle purchase I FOUND A VEHICLE ON THE INTERNET. DROVE IN THAT MORNING. I DIDNT HAVE A SALESMAN, BUT THEY QUICKLY FOUND PAUL CASPER. HE LOOKED UP VEHICLES I WA I FOUND A VEHICLE ON THE INTERNET. DROVE IN THAT MORNING. I DIDNT HAVE A SALESMAN, BUT THEY QUICKLY FOUND PAUL CASPER. HE LOOKED UP VEHICLES I WAS INTERESTED IN. WE TOOK A TEST DRIVE FOR AWHILE. WE CAME BACK AND FIGURED A PRICE AND I TOOK THE CAR HOME. THE COOL THING WAS IT WASNT FOR ME. I SURPRISED MY MOTHER WITH A BRAND NEW FORD ESCAPE. PAUL WAS FRIENDLY AND EAGER TO HELP ME OUT. EVEN IN THE FINANCE OFFICE, IT WAS NICE AND COURTEOUS. PAUL GAVE ME A TOUR OF THE FACILITIES WHILE WAITING FOR MAKE READY. Dreading price haggling So, car buying is one of the things I dread the most in life and I went into Northside Ford expecting to haggle back and forth with a salesman as is t So, car buying is one of the things I dread the most in life and I went into Northside Ford expecting to haggle back and forth with a salesman as is the usual ritual. I met Charles Young there and I told him exactly what I wanted and that I wanted to shop around before making any commitments. Charles gave me exactly what I asked for and wasn't pushy in any way at all like a lot of sales people can be. He did not ask me for any of my personal information (to harass me later) he simply offered to help me with any purchase I made even if it wasn't at Northside Ford. I went to look at a few other vehicles but I came back to Northside because I felt it was the best deal for my money. Charles' professionalism and exceptional customer service have made this one of the top buying experiences in my life. Thanks Charles!!! More
