We were met by Angel who coordinated everything from arrivals to departure. We were taken by courtesy car to breakfast. I followed Brad Merda from the Lexus dealership to this dealership-he's the reason I purchased from this dealership. He sold me 3 Toyota cameras in a 6 month period of time-one for me and one for each of m dealership-he's the reason I purchased from this dealership. The price is really good for service. The employees are nice and friendly. There were minor disappointments with service. I had to follow up myself about when the car was ready after service. Given that it was a Friday afternoon when the car was serviced and Saturday, when it was completed and Paul Bojescu wasn't there, might have been the reason though. Also, I left my window down and offered to roll it up myself before turning in the car for service. I was told that someone would roll it up for me. To my dismay, no one rolled up the window. Fortunately, it didn't rain while my car was on the lot and water didn't get in. More
