Paul flat out lied to me on the final offer sheet presented to me for the purchase of my new SUV. After going through a few rounds of the deal, he looked me in the eye and said the final deal rate he presented to me for the purchase of my new SUV. After going through a few rounds of the deal, he looked me in the eye and said the final deal rate he presented to me on paper (3rd sheet) was based on 2.9APR. BUT, at final signing with finance exec, Mike, hours later after signing over my trade in (Jeep Wrangler w/ 12k miles) and transferring insurance, the truth finally came out that the final offer sheet Paul presented was really 4.75APR, not 2.9% as he said, and finance Mike only revealed that to me when called out when I asked him about the 2.9. My credit score is excellent, Paul even complimented when I signed my credit report results they pulled themselves and had me sign that my score was even higher than I thought (excellent) so I was assured the “so called 2.9%” was a go which was the deal I thought I made and my credit score secured. My bad for taking the verbal from Paul on the APR. YES, my bad. I was very excited about this purchase but left totally irate knowing I was duped in the final seconds of signing. I should have waited for Alan B. Or walked away. I take the hit for not walking away when I realized the lie, but hopefully my mistake and this review will help someone else. If this dealership has the car you want, go for it, but I suggest you steer clear of Paul. Or if you deal with Paul don’t trust the verbal. And keep a close eye on Mike. More

The Best Experience I have had purchasing a car Working with Paul and the rest of the staff has been the most enjoyable (if you can call buy a car enjoyable) experience I have had in buying a car. Paul is knowledgeble, easy to talk to, non pressuring. He listens to what you have to say and makes his recommendation. If you are in the market for a car, be sure to ask for Paul. I promise you will not be sorry. The closing with Pattie was smooth, fast, non pressured and very plesant. More
