Well here we are 2 years after our first purchase and we are now excited to announce thansk to Dean... we are leasing 2 new Fords!! Buyer beware - resolved It is now the end of August and the issue has been resolved. My concern with the vehicle reached the sales manager Paul Adams and was resolved. During the repair of the vehicle my experience with the service staff was very positive. All people were friendly and helpful. They even provided a vehicle for us to use while we waited. Thank you Paul Adams and the service staff for restoring my confidence in your dealership. On the way home I noticed a dent in our new vans roofline that was missed on original inspection. I contacted the salesmen immediately the next morning. I was told "it is up to the customer to look over the vehicle before it leaves the lot". I accept responsibility for that but I don't believe a vehicle could make it through that dealership without someone noticing the dent. Wether it was negligence or deception no attempt has been made by Atchley to make it right. Shame on you Atchley! Buyer beware!!! More

While making an appointment for maintenance on a current car via website, we noticed an ad for a 2013 Escape that would have been my perfect color and description... had I been looking. A few days later up car via website, we noticed an ad for a 2013 Escape that would have been my perfect color and description... had I been looking. A few days later upon taking the current vehicle in for its maintenance, the 2013 Escape from that ad was setting on the front of the lot beckoning myself and husband to 'take a look inside'. Diane Buschelman suggested we take a test drive. Going inside the showroom to get the keys, Paul Adams greeted us with open arms...he had been involved as we had purchased two or three other Fords from Atchley over the years. Both Paul and Diane encouraged us to take the 2013 Escape home on trial for a couple of days. Within the next 24 hours, we had purchased the 2013 Escape! We geared ourselves up for a battle that never took place! Diane and Paul helped us make a pleasant deal with no fuss at all. We often tell friends how fantastic it is to do business with Atchley Ford........but, more often than not, we find that our friends, too, have been part of the Atchley Ford customer family. More
