Excellent experience except for financial services Patty, my salesperson was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Victor and all other managers were professional and helpful. I never felt pressured. The Patty, my salesperson was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Victor and all other managers were professional and helpful. I never felt pressured. The only poor experience was Glen in finances. The apr offered was over 5% with a credit score of 840. I will have to refinance elsewhere. He answered all questions however appeared annoyed and the process was rushed. Forms were not explained as he was asking me to sign. I had to ask. I’m not sure which Eric I worked with. More

Out came Charlie to tell me I have a deal and shook my hand and proceeded to tell me he wanted me as their customer. This is my 6th Honda purchase. No haggle, no lies and no nerve wrecking banter. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop...it never happened. Delivery was completed in 10 minutes...again no surprises.
