I've had better experiences. However, on Feb 10, 2025 I came in for a scheduled oil change. Upon arrival and initial inspection it was suggested I get new spark plugs and an alig However, on Feb 10, 2025 I came in for a scheduled oil change. Upon arrival and initial inspection it was suggested I get new spark plugs and an alignment. All this before my vehicle was taken in the back to be serviced. Once my car was taken to the back, after a short while I received a video inspection stating that I had a small oil leak and that I should bring it in for an oil leak diagnosis-soon! The video also stated that I would be needing new brake pads and rotors on all 4 wheels within the next month Patryk states. This was my quickest visit since I've been coming here for nearly 20 years. 30 minutes, I was in and out. I was charged more money for an alignment, which by the way, my car doesn't drive any different. So, I'm doubting it was actually done. $99.45 out of pocket. Looking at my payment invoice there was no mention of the small oiI leak or need for a diagnosis for my next visit. I only know this information based on the video inspection. Patryk, checked me out, took my payment, walked me to my car, which was not cleaned. Normally staff would run it through the wash, not on Feb 10, and it was not that cold outdoors. I was truly shocked that I had a full oil service, equipped with an alignment in less than 30minutes. I left Advantage Chevy, feeling like my services were incomplete. And then over the course of the following days and week(s). I watched my oil monitor go from 100% on day one to 98% on day two to 96% on day 3. I called in for a follow up appointment for the oil leak diagnosis as my monitor was steady dropping and there was a burning smell occasionally. The young lady in the service department booked me for an oil leak diagnosis and scheduled me for brake repair service as well. On March 11, I bring my car in for an oil leak diagnosis and brake pad and rotor repair. Immediately the service salesman mentions I should should get the brake flush along with new pads and rotors. The service reps attention was more on brake repair than the slow oil leak I had. He told me it would be some hours before they were finished, I was prepared to wait, no problem checked in at 7:20am out at 11:50am. I did not receive a video inspection as I normally do, Owen my service rep, said the technician saw leaking but could not find the source, my breaks are done and I'm good to go. So, I paid for an oil change 1 month ago, the next day the oil monitor starts dropping, I'm told not to focus on the monitor, yet there is clearly leaking, no one could find where it's coming from, I'm driving my car each day, while losing oil each day, and they didn't even think to top my oil off as I had just paid for an oil change. Yes, I'm ranting and am disappointed, I don't have money to waste. My car is not driving at it's full potential and to top it off my brand new brakes are squealing. They were not squealing before I took them in for new rotors and pads. A sign of the times you pay more $$$ for services and get less than quality workmanship. I've always been a believer of going to the dealership with your car as their mechanics and technicians are supposed to be trained experts on the brands make and model. All I seem to get lately is someone trying to up sale me on buying additional services and not focusing on the services I came for initially. By the way, March 11 was a beautiful sunny, but windy day, still no car wash. Owen had to find someone to provide me the complimentary service. More

The service personnel is amazing…Jeff, Patryck, and Carolina. Felipe the service manager is not very courteous and gives off a “know it all” vibe. I brought my vehicle in 3 different time for the same Carolina. Felipe the service manager is not very courteous and gives off a “know it all” vibe. I brought my vehicle in 3 different time for the same exact thing (no heat). The water pump was replaced and still the heat wasn’t working properly. They called me to pick it up and said it was working. Nope! A coolant flush was done and the system was “burped” still same problem after pick up. On the 3rd inconvenience of taking it back, Felipe, the service manager was called to inspect. He immediately gave me a whole rant about the fan blowing too hard and it cooling the air as the air enter the cabin and that was the reason. Mind you, it was never an issue. He went further to accuse me of putting a “liquid” into the radiator after they had done the coolant flush and pump replacement. I didn’t appreciate that as a customer. After some back and forth and me continuing to stay adamant about the problem, he decided to keep it over night to have the thermostat checked in the morning. Morning after, One technician checked it and said, word for word, what Felipe said. After getting a 2nd opinion from the actual tech, who perform the replacement of my water pump, he found that the heater core was damaged and leaking. This is after taking it back 3 times and Felipe telling me it was normal. Unacceptable! I felt like I wasn’t being heard and he kept pushing that he knew what he was talking about not giving me the opportunity to be right. Days later, coming to find out that there was a fully a damaged heater core which then had to be ordered. They ask for the rental car back and had me pick up my vehicle, which the the heater did not work properly and it was freezing cold out, and come back when the part was delivered to have me take it in yet a 4th time in a week span, I have a lot more to say about the manager’s professionalism but for the sake of a long review I will not unless someone would like to reach out to me. This is the last time I will be going to this dealership for service. Upon walking in to the Service Center, Patrick handed me an $8000 service recommendation. I walked in for an oil change and tire rotatio for service. Upon walking in to the Service Center, Patrick handed me an $8000 service recommendation. I walked in for an oil change and tire rotation. After a confrontation, he claimed he didn’t have his glasses on. Most of the services were previously done at this dealership. How many vulnerable customers have been taken advantage of. Afterwards I showed Patrick a photo of my undercarriage of a potential oil leak and asked to have the technician to check it out. After the service was completed both Patrick and the technician claimed that the stain happened after the oil change. I don’t appreciate being lied to and also don’t appreciate the fact that they tried to see if I would fall for the $8000 charges. Service advisors should do their homework on their clients, takes 2 minutes. I pass up several Chevy dealers and tons of oil change locations just to stay loyal to the place of purchase. Never again…. More

I was greeted by Patryk when I arrived and, based on my request, he was very clear in showing me not only what was to be done, but also, how much the service(s) would cost. The wait time was what I expecte request, he was very clear in showing me not only what was to be done, but also, how much the service(s) would cost.
