While attending the University of Baltimore, he maintained the position of Used Car Buyer for Annapolis Volvo. He is a Graduate of the NADA General Dealership Management Program. Upon completion of his education, he became the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and in January 2003, became the General Manager overseeing all operations of Annapolis Volvo

Alan hannon along with Eli provided exemplary customer service throughout the purchasing process. Very patient throughout the weeks as my son and I searched for the right car for him continuing on through service throughout the purchasing process. Car in form repairs on. 9/13. They had to order parts but had the car until 9/26. No communications. I had to keep calling for updates. Even when the car was ready it t 9/13. Even when the car was ready it took over an hour including the half hour the car was "being washed.". Asked twice during the stay to speak to service mgr. Never got a call. Michelle was unresponsive, unprofessional and just didn't seem to care. More

Good morning my name is Franklin, I purchase a Volvo this Friday, my sales man Travis Bailey was great, from walking into the showroom the first time to the day I pick up the car, the whole staff at the deal Friday, my sales man Travis Bailey was great, from walking into the showroom the first time to the day I pick up the car, the whole staff at the dealership was very attentive, the over all attention was first class, I highly recommend this dealership Volvo Cars Annapolis, the attention to detail is unsurpassed, I have gone to other dealerships and this on is hands down the best, I love my Volvo XC90 Recharge, it has features are awesome, Travis took his time going over all the features explaining all of them to my wife and I my 4 year all son love it he was static, the build in child sear is perfect for him, the mileage is gives you is excellent, my over all experience with this dealership and vehicle makes me only want to buy in the future another Volvo and only from Volvo Cars Annapolis, the whole staff from management to financing all every employee I met was top notch, this is the only place to come.
