I had to purchase another vehicle and I was very hesitant on getting another, I looked at another place after looking a little there and I went back. I was pointed to a wonder sales man who was so patient with me and helped me so much. I have gone back for other reasons since, and The BEST Customer REPRESENTIATIVE I have EVER dealt with her name is BESTY GAMMON. She is one of the most amazing people I have ever meet, she has been so helpful at helping me and so so gracious and kind! I can't say enough good things about her, I have had many many times at talking with her and NOT one time have I ever felt not understood and was helped, This is the second vehicle I have bought from Capital Toyota and I appreciate all the staff that I have ever work with or had to deal with, BUT She OUT SHINE anyone that i have ever dealt with, always so friendly and she shows her appreciation toward you as a person and always with a smile and with great understanding.
