Capital was able to locate hard to find vehicle I just purchased a 2014 Tacoma 4x4 double cab from Patrick Shadrick. The vehicle I was looking for is somewhat rare. I wanted the longer bed with the I just purchased a 2014 Tacoma 4x4 double cab from Patrick Shadrick. The vehicle I was looking for is somewhat rare. I wanted the longer bed with the double cab. Patrick worked to find a suitable vehicle at another dealer and was quickly able to bring it to Chattanooga. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll go back to him on my next Toyota purchase. More

Patrick Shadrick excellence We first met Patrick Shadrick after moving to Chattanooga from Florida in 2000 and came to Capital Toyota for service on our 1999 Toyota Camry and 199 We first met Patrick Shadrick after moving to Chattanooga from Florida in 2000 and came to Capital Toyota for service on our 1999 Toyota Camry and 1990 4-Runner. When we got ready to purchase our next vehicle in the summer of 2008, we went to see Patrick and he sold us a 2008 Toyota Prius. We have been very happy with the vehicle, and every time we were in for routine service, Patrick most every time made it a point to contact us while we waited and asked how things were going, and was there anything he could help us with. When we got ready to purchase our next vehicle in the summer of 2014, we again looked up Patrick and he did another excellent job in making sure we were purchasing the vehicle to meet our needs. He always seems to take time, and not rush any decision, as this is a sizable purchase, especially for retired folks on fixed incomes. We would highly recommend dealing with Patrick, and he is very trustworthy, and not the least bit pushy toward hurrying your decision. We've been buying cars since 1960, and he's the best We bought a 2014 Camry XLE this time. More

We felt very comfortable with him and his assistant Dallas Brown. My wife had bought her first Camry at Capital Toyota from Gary Webb back in 1985. Patrick showed us a Scion xB just in case it might fit our needs and Alfred took us on a test drive in a Camry XLE while Eddie was finishing up with another customer on our preliminary scouting. The second time, Eddie gave us his full attention. The guys worked together as a team. Good group. More

Patrick Shadrick and Detha Yoder the Dynamic Duo Our first visit to Capitol Toyota was several years ago. It was early on a Saturday morning, just by chance Patrick came out to meet us, and ended up Our first visit to Capitol Toyota was several years ago. It was early on a Saturday morning, just by chance Patrick came out to meet us, and ended up being our salesman. We had previously been to another dealership in another city, where high pressure was the way every person in the dealership treated us. Patrick was the complete opposite. We were looking at a Rav4, after explaining all the features of the vehicle and a test drive Patrick then left us to look and discuss the situation in private. He took his time explaining the features and options, as well as giving us our privacy. He made sure we were comfortable with the deal before proceeding in the process. Patrick treated us like we had been friends for years. He was sincere in his work, which in turn, we gained a true friend in the auto business. The next step in the process was paperwork. Where we met our next new friend, Detha Yoder. Her knowledge of her work and vivacious personality continued the wonderful purchase of our first Rav4. My husband and I come to Capitol Toyota because Patrick Shadrick is there. In our opinion Patrick is the best. We do not even consider going to any other dealership. Patrick and Detha are great assets to Capitol Toyota. Their care of us as customers is continual. Anytime we have questions or concerns they are a phone call away. Ready and willing to help in any way possible. We are on our second Rav4 and first Camry. A Toyota is the same good quality vehicle in all dealerships, what sets Capitol Toyota apart from all others is Patrick Shadrick and Detha Yoder. number 4 sienna I am now on my fourth Sienna. Our first lease vehicle was through a non Toyota salesman, van was great, but the broker was a non entity. My second Sie I am now on my fourth Sienna. Our first lease vehicle was through a non Toyota salesman, van was great, but the broker was a non entity. My second Sienna on the other hand was made even better by a great salesman, Patrick Shadrick of Capital Toyota. Very friendly, very keen to my taste and made the experience wonderful. The third Sienna was the same. A simple call to Patrick with my list of options and the car was ready and waiting when my lease was final. My fourth, my dream car, was a wonderful experience also. Patrick is never pushy, keeps his little legal pad with his long list of potential sales with the wants and wishes of his clients. I have sent friends to him with the confidence that they will be treated as well as I have been. I am sorry I have to wait another 3 years before I can visit with him again! More

He kept in touch and kept me informed about the delivery of my car and when I picked it up he did a thorough review of the operation. He even sync'd my iphone! I think he would have driven me home to program the garage door opener if he could have! I drive my cars for a long time and hope he is still around when I purchase my next one, which will be a while because I love my new Sienna. More
