The car drivers from service Dept don’t use the emergency brake when parking my car on incline after service. I’ve had almost 5 years of service at the dealership and never once did they use the emergency b brake when parking my car on incline after service. I’ve had almost 5 years of service at the dealership and never once did they use the emergency brake after parking it on incline surface by road. The clank I heard when shifting from park to reverse upset me enough to go back in and complain to the service rep this time. I don’t appreciate the mistreatment of my transmission every time I brought my highlander in for 2 years free maintenance and the remainder of the extended 3 year warranty I bought when I ordered the suv. I have only 15,150 on this soon to be 5 years old vehicle. This was the 65000 mile service. I have never abused a transmission after my grandfather showed me the correct way to support the weight of the vehicle in neutral with the emergency brake on. No stress on transmission at all. Please teach the correct way to your drivers on the ins and outs of proper emergency brake use. More

We’ve bought several cars from Patrick Shadrick, and he’s just a great person, and has treated us fantastic every time we come by. Couldn’t ask for better service from him in sales, and the same for the folk just a great person, and has treated us fantastic every time we come by. I do most of the normal maintenance myself, (oil and filter changes, etc...) and buy the parts for the things through the parts department, and they are always very courteous as well. More

Patrick helped order my new Rav4 in January and has been excellent in helping me get some additional work done after it's arrival! Purchase of the truck went smoothly, except for one item Great experience overall and the GM Eddie Triplett was able to correct one small challenge about lifetime warranty on truck purchased upon his return.
