Went in for an oil change/tire rotation. Didn't know that the express lane had been shut down. Explained to the technician that I had tried to set up an appointment on the internet but was unsuccessful that the express lane had been shut down. Explained to the technician that I had tried to set up an appointment on the internet but was unsuccessful. Also tried to call but only received voice mail, it was only 7:20. The web site said that they were open at 7:00. The technician said he would try to work my in. I was finished within 1 1/2 hours. Great service!! More
