I have been with North End Motors since I was 19 years old working my way up from runner to sales manager. Over the last 22 years I have built a strong relationship with the lenders we are partnered with and I use those relationships to secure our customers the best approvals. I am certified from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles and use my knowledge and experience to make sure registrations are handled quickly and accurately. I enjoy my free time with my two sons, Anthony and Collin. We enjoy fishing, hiking, golfing and spending time with relatives. I look forward to helping you with your next vehicle.

Hello Dylan, thank you for reaching out with your concerns. I do apologize if your conversations deteriorated to less than professional with the service team. I know you picked up your vehicle on 12/7 and on 12/11 you called that your battery had died so we paid to have it towed in and replaced the battery at no cost as it should be. You brought it back on 12/26 with the concern of the fan clutch. We replaced that at no cost also as it should be. On 1/9 you brought it back with concerns about the air suspension because you showed us a picture of the rear end being low. We inspected the individual air bags for any air escaping, the compressor for any leaks or faults and all lines with no problem detected. We kept the vehicle to let it sit to see if the suspension would lower which it did not. Your vehicle comes equipped with a "Suspension Warning" light to inform you of a suspension related malfunction. This light was not on and a search into the vehicles computers shows no history of this light coming on. I know you expressed your displeasure to the service team but without a problem presenting itself there is not anything to point to something is malfunctioning an warranting service. Again all services were done at no expense to you as it should be. I know you were very frustrated that we would not remove the stock air suspension and change it to standard shock absorbers but we wouldn't modify factory equipment when we can not find any faults in the current stock suspension. Our last conversation you explained to me that you are a Search Engine Optimization Engineer and know how to leverage it in your favor in this situation but it doesn't have to come to this, like we said if a problem does arise we would still stand behind it and address it. We never want to see a relationship sour in this way and in that I am truly sorry.

My battery never died, I brought it in the first time because the clutch fan was broken. The mechanic assured me the only problem was the battery, and it would fix the motor sounding like a jet engine, which was obviously nonsense. I let that slide even though I was insulted. I then had to come in again to fix the clutch fan. Took the day off of work after christmas, was told to come in at 730A or earlier. Your mechanic didnt show up until 8am, and didnt even have the clutch fan in the shop. He had to order it which took an hour and a half to get the part there. Completely unprofessional. Then, after a 2 hour road trip I get home and the back suspension is bottomed out. Your mechanic accused me of lying about that, and you all kept telling me it happened over night, and Nissan designed their air suspensions to leak air over night. Insulting nonsense. Your entire team refused to listen to what I was telling them, and were really rude. Also, I wasnt frustrated you wouldnt replace the stock suspension, I was frustrated that I dont have a working suspension. I brought it up once as a way to save time if I kept having to bring my truck back in to the shop looking for a problem in the suspension. Then you all thought i was trying to work the system or something. so weird and defensive.
