Only problem was that we had to wait so long both on the first day and when we came back the next day to pick it up. We paid cash for it and it seems like it should have gone quicker. We felt like we were passed around a lot. Overall though, everyone was nice and helpful, but it was an exhausting experience and it seems like the process could be streamlined. Being able to speak to a man who I believe may have been the service manager was probably the main reason we bought the Jeep. He answered all of my husband's specific technical questions to his satisfaction and that was extremely helpful. More

Online sales best in state Purchased a jeep Cherokee cert-pre owned 550 miles..now at 28,000 very happy to have used anchorage dealership and I had a sight unseen purchase..ther Purchased a jeep Cherokee cert-pre owned 550 miles..now at 28,000 very happy to have used anchorage dealership and I had a sight unseen purchase..there was a glitch in regards to the salesman-woman hand off which caused a mis communication though in the end I feel as though I got the friendliest service I have had so far. Well worth paying an extra $300 to have my new 2116 jeep Cherokee shipped from anchorage to Fairbanks. Thanks Mr. Osbon More
