Jeremie in the parts department is always helpful with parts and accessories and always gets back to me right away if he has to check on availability or ordering. Friday I bought a 2016 Ram and the salesmen Robbie & Patrick were great. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. More

Easy Purchase, Pleasant Experience The day before I went in to have a trade-in appraised, I met Patrick Osbon. I told him I was interested in buying their last 2015 200C on the lot for my appointment the next day. He offered to help me with the sale, and I met with him the next day. I had a pleasant experience getting everything setup and it all went smoothly, we worked the price to what worked, Within that day I traded in my car, and walked out with the exact car that I wanted. Negotiations were never stressful or forced, talking with Patrick was very straightforward and easy going. Near the end of the sale Patrick brought Matthew on and they both helped me get the cost low while keeping me with a decent warranty within my budget, both were easy to work with. If I'm in the market again I hope I can work with them at this dealership. More

So I drove into Anchorage just expecting to look around and kick some tires like I had at many other dealers prior. I couldn't find the truck I saw on their website and just started looking at others, Patrick kindly approached and helped me out. In a fairly easy fashion we found another more towards my budget and needs. As I told him, his being new or whatever it was made the difference. He was very personable and down to Earth, not just talking to a salesman. I'd walked away from some other trucks I was interested in cause of the salesman I was dealing with. For sure, Patrick made the difference. And come finance time, I don't know what magic he worked, but Matthew kept my budget and worked in everything and more for what I could ask for. Both great working guys and I hope to work with them again next time I'm in the market. More
