We didnt find the perfect vehicle the first day, but within 2 days Jose had stayed in contact with me and answered any questions that I had. Within a couple day Jose called me and said he had a couple vehicles he wanted me to take a look at. He sold me on the 2018 jeep compass. I fell in love instantly. I purchased a used Ford Edge with a 24 hour return option just because I was really unsure. Zachary Hickels was my salesman and he was fantastic! We were there til 9 pm and he did everything to make the transaction as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Unfortunately this was not the car for us and we brought it back the next day. Zachary unfortunately wasn’t available at this time so Jose Alfaro became our new salesman. Round 2! We then started looking at a certified used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jose was also fantastic to work with. He was very attentive to what we said and didn’t pressure us to make any decisions. We definetely felt like he was there for us and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. We ended up getting the Jeep and we are so glad we did!
