Beto Lopez was exceptional - from the time he introduced himself to when he left us in our new car. Beto listened to what we wanted, asked us great questions, gave thorough explanations, and helped us to bo himself to when he left us in our new car. Beto listened to what we wanted, asked us great questions, gave thorough explanations, and helped us to both keep our costs down and determine what would be the best car for us. From the minute our car left Japan to when it was off the truck at the dealership, Beto kept us abreast of where it was, what was happening, and what would happen next. He even sent us a video of the outside and inside of the car as soon as it got off the truck! The paperwork dealing with the sale of our old car and the purchase of the Rav4 Hybrid was extremely organized and efficient. Both Patricks were great to work with! Beto introduced us to our new car in great detail, making sure we understood how everything worked (inside and outside) and giving us many opportunities to ask questions (which he thoroughly answered). Working with Beto to purchase our car was the best experience we have ever had (and we've purchased many cars!). Many thanks Humberto (Beto)! The only negative we have, not related to Beto or Inver Grove Toyota, is with the tires Toyota is putting on the 2025 Rav4 Hybrid. For the cost of the vehicle, one would expect a better quality tire from Michelin, or similar. More

She was ON IT from my initial call to her on election night. Her expertise, her efficient responses to my texts, along with her Toyota knowledge made this experience delightful. She was thoughtful, kind and offered to help me with any future questions once I drove out of the Toyota parking lot. Aminah was delightful! I have referred a friend to her when he decides to purchase a new Tacoma. I'm so happy with my new RAV4! Thank you so much, Aminah!!! More

Steve and Joe were the two guys who helped me and if it wasn’t for them I would be still shopping for a car. Steve who had many years of experience helped me with every question I had and even spoke with his boss on a discount for me. I went other Toyota dealers and they were not welcoming and unprofessional. I live quite far from this dealer but u don’t mind going there for my car oil change and other maintenance things. They are so friendly and welcoming, they treat each and everyone like a family. Their finance manager Pat was a very humble guy. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used cars. They are awesome, no words to even describe and I’m so happy with my new car and thank you to Steve and Joe! You guys Rock! More
