My company has bought several cars from this dealership and they never seem to know who we are when we come in for service. We can call and make an appointment and describe issues, then when we get there t and they never seem to know who we are when we come in for service. We can call and make an appointment and describe issues, then when we get there they act like they have no clue why we are there and what needs to be done to the vehicle - it is like there is no communication in the Service Dept. Not to mention their rates for services are higher than other local dealerships (For a Kia?) and they are always up-selling services that are not needed or required. They never seem to remember we have an account established and try to charge our employees when they pick up their car. I also have not forgot they were trying to mark up their prices $5,000 to $8,000 over sticker during the vehicle shortage. More
