This was my first time to this service/dealer. I drove up to where it said service. No one was out there to greet/meet me. I had no idea what to do or where to go. I finally figured out I was supposed up to where it said service. No one was out there to greet/meet me. I had no idea what to do or where to go. I finally figured out I was supposed to go inside. There were a couple of folks working at terminals. The guy that helped me wasn’t very friendly or welcoming at all-which was particularly surprising considering it was my first time there for service. He told me the cost for the 60k service would be $329. That was $50 more than it said it would be when I booked online. When I mentioned this he changed it-just glad I noticed that. I’m sure others might’ve forgotten and paid more than they should’ve. I walked around outside and noticed my vehicle sitting out there for about 30 minutes before they brought it in to work on it. I like that they texted and asked me if I wanted them to do what they recommended. That was a convenient feature. At noon I saw my truck parked out front. I went inside and sat expecting to be called up any minute to finish up. I ended up waiting 15 minutes. Finally, not seeing my advisor I spoke to another advisor who told me that my vehicle had been passed over to her-apparently my guy had gone to lunch. She said she would work on my paperwork. I then watched her go into someone’s office for at least a 10-15 minute chat. By this time my vehicle had been ready for at least 30-40 minutes. Finally the advisor called me up, reviewed what was done and got me out of there. I just didn’t get the feeling that this dealership/service place valued my time. This was my day off and I had loads to do. I will probably try them again but I hope they are a bit better with their customer service. More
