Hi Donovan. We apologize for your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to be without a vehicle. However, we never push any customer to the back of the line. We make every effort to ensure each vehicle that comes in is treated with the highest level of care and concern. We were able to look at your vehicle on Saturday morning and, unfortunately, it requires a part that we have to get directly from Ford, which we were unable to order on the weekend. We put the order in this morning but, due to the holiday, there is a delay on the part. We are attempting to get this part in and the repair made as swiftly as we can. We again apologize for the inconvenience and for the frustration. We thank you for your review.

We are unsure where the communication about Monday came from, but the part arrived this morning and we will have the vehicle completed and delivered to you today. Here we are on day 4 like they said and now there saying not till possible Monday (another day of missed work) and now my third weekend with no car in a row. The customer service has gotten worse then last time and nobody will give me solid answers. Been trying for 30 minutes now to talk to someone abt returning the car and nobody answers there phone. This company is a joke stray far away from it

So still would have been my second full weekend without my car, and Monday was what was told to me by your service department manager pat, who is incredibly incompetent and needs retrained. I spoke to one very helpful manager after many many days of trying to get insight(Josh his name was, nice guy) and he was the only person to even tell me my cars actual problem what you say is 8 days later. I went a full work week and some without a method of transportation and was never called back about a possible loaner car when I left two messanges with Corey. Terrible service experience hopefully I don’t have to deal with next time, and still can’t fathom a dealership having a problem getting the part for a ford focus wich has been a model for 20 plus years.
