When I arrived Jaime, went over everything with me also advising that they no longer had Nitrogen Tanks for the tires ( I had purchased the Nitrogen when I purchased the vehicle and was told they would make the change when I came in for service. I had some concerns about the Nitrogen as I was of the understanding that I would have go to a shop that had nitrogen if I had a problem, which I was not comfortable with, I also advised him that the plastic was not removed from the wheels and I could not get it off the rims, He contacted Patrick Hew, my sales person, who talked with finance Rudy Font, who is taking care of the paperwork to make the refund for the Nitrogen. Patrick took the car back to detail to clean the glue off of the wheels, they were unable to remove them but advised to come back and they will use a polisher to remove the glue at my convenience. Over all I was extremely impressed with the Service Dept. as I was with the Sales Department. I recommend Subaru of Pembroke Pines to everyone who is interested in purchasing a Subaru. More
