Horrible. This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever worked with. I traded in a vehicle on August 1st and the lean to my trade in has yet to be paid o This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever worked with. I traded in a vehicle on August 1st and the lean to my trade in has yet to be paid off, I have yet to receive plates, title, and registration for the new vehicle I purchased. I call to speak with the manager Chris who tells me it is in process and will be paid off the first week of September. That week came and went. I called To speak with him or to the other general manager Patrick to which I can Only email with, no one answers my phone calls or my husbands phone calls. The lack of care and compassion for their customers is unbelievable. They only care to make a sale and nothing more. I have Read other reviews from people who are currently going through the same situation as I am. Peoples credit scores are deeply affected. I am Paying two car payments right now to save my credit. This dealership is an absolute nightmare. I have Already reached out to seek legal counsel. Please what ever you do, DO NOT use this dealership. Unprofessional & Disgusting service. If I could Leave 0/10 review I absolutely would. Also please take note that there are several reviews just like mine stating the same exact issues. This is something they clearly do to their customers with no care as to how any of us are deeply affected by their negligence. More

Infiniti should take their logo away from them. Customer service is at the level of a gas station. Very dishonest, group of con artists. At this point my credit is affected and I can't drive the car because the temp plates expired. If you don't want to complicate your life, stay away from this place. More

Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership's customer service after leasing my car. Their negligence has caused significant damage to my credit score and finances. The dealership failed to se customer service after leasing my car. Their negligence has caused significant damage to my credit score and finances. The dealership failed to send the payoff to my previous car's finance company, resulting in a devastating 100-point drop in my credit score. What's even more frustrating is that I had been proactively calling and texting them for months before this issue occurred, trying to ensure everything was handled properly. I was told they were "taking care of it." This entire nightmare could have been easily avoided if the dealership had shown even a shred of competence or care for their customers. All they needed to do was make a simple call to the other car's finance division. Instead, they sat on their hands for over 60 days (brought and sold on 5/10/2024, and payoff isn't even complete as of 7/15/2024), ignoring and giving excuses to my constant attempts to get them to take action. When the situation finally reached a critical point and I was calling them daily, they had the audacity to simply stop responding to me altogether. Their silence speaks volumes about their utter lack of professionalism and customer care. I finally got a response and a letter (to dispute the credit report) last Thursday, but the damage is done. I am now spending hours, after spending hours trying to get Infiniti to payoff the car, trying to stay on top of disputing the credit reporting. The damage is done, and hours upon hours continue to be wasted. I cannot stress enough how much I regret doing business with this dealership. Their incompetence and indifference have caused me significant financial stress and damage to my credit. Beware – this dealership will sell you a car and then leave you high and dry when it comes to after-sale service and support. Disappointing and frustrating. More

This place is extremely sloppy and lazy I traded in my car and was told they paid off my car but i found out nothing was paid off and missed my payment date and affected my credit. I had to call several times but it looked like they were avoiding my call until I actually showed up to the dealership then they started working. This is not my first time trading in a car and by far this place was the worst experience. More

Legitimately the worst Dealership car buying experience I've ever encountered. The Dealer sent the wrong VIN number to my insurance company, which I had no idea that I was driving the car without insura I've ever encountered. The Dealer sent the wrong VIN number to my insurance company, which I had no idea that I was driving the car without insurance for 6 weeks. We are now over 3 months since purchase and I still have not received my plates or registration. Allegedly, because I can't get a straight answer from anyone at the dealership because they are so disorganized there was an issue with the title. You would think that some sort of communication would take place and come from the dealer, especially after calling them 9x before someone actually contacted me. On top of this I continually texted the Salesperson to have someone contact which again never happened. Now they are saying at least another 30 days for plates and registration. Not one phone call to make things right and no sense of urgency to actually rectify the situation. Basically I had to call and make a major complaint for anyone to actually get back to me. The greatest part about this whole situation is that one of the managers calls me and asks me how he can help me. He called me and had no idea what was wrong. Meanwhile he had phoned me 4 days earlier and left a voice message on my phone. He had no recollection of calling me previously. The place sucks bottom line More

Buyers beware! ! Horrible service and communication worst experience ever. Sha the sales rep is a liar and con artist. Call him out and he will tell you he never sai ! Windshield Had a crack they said they would repair and scratches I noticed after leaving the dealership. They changed the breaks when I bought the car but never switched the break sensors out. So the break light was on. They asked me to bring it back I did they fixed the breaks and windshield. They fixed a lot of the paint touch up but still some areas that were not touched up. The car was at the dealership for three weeks and they called me once to let me know what they were doing. I would call and get passed to all the sales reps and their voicemails. Worst experience would not recommend anyone going to Infinity of Inglewood. Would recommend going somewhere else don’t waste your time. More
