Good car, but needs to be honest with people We went to get a used car due to our car being totaled due to an accident. We have worked with Pat Garrett in the past, who has always been helpful a We went to get a used car due to our car being totaled due to an accident. We have worked with Pat Garrett in the past, who has always been helpful and goes out of his way, but he was on vacation this week. We had Mark who helped us out with getting a 2014 Dodge Journey. Everything was good for the most part; however there were a couple of things that we did not feel good about after we got the car. First, we were told we would get a total of 8 gallons of gas (3 gallons he was going to fill, and then he was going to add five more gallons)---we just got enough gas to get to a gas station after we purchased the car. The second issue dealt with the car in an accident by the previous owner. Although we did look over the car with Mark (who did not see any structural damage, except a long scratch on the passenger side door) Mark did fail to tell us that it was a lease and that the airbag was deployed during the accident, even though we asked about the airbags and if they were deployed or not. We found this information on the Carfax on the O'Daniel website. Outside of these two issues, overall, we were satisfied with the car, as well as dealing with the finance manager (Joshua Burkhardt) who helped set us up for the loan for the car. More

Pat was awesome listening to our wants and needs in picking out a new vehicle. He found exactly what would fit us and our family, a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. We are not the fastest learners when it comes to electronics and computers. Pat did a great job tutoring us on the screen and all the options on our new van. Six days later we took a small trip in our new van. We were able to recall Pat's instructions and had a very nice trip and felt very safe and comfortable in our new Pacifica. We would recommend the new Pacifica and Pat as a salesman to everyone. More
