I came in to test drive a civic and get some numbers (trade in value and total cost of new car) and was upfront about my intention on not buying anything that day but that I'd sit on the numbers and cal (trade in value and total cost of new car) and was upfront about my intention on not buying anything that day but that I'd sit on the numbers and call back with a decision. My sales representative was respectful of this and did not try to push a sale on me, and was very open and honest about pricing. I ultimately decided to trade in and purchase a new vehicle and the process went well without issue. Overall I had as pleasant an experience as possible and would conduct business with Gunn Honda in the future without reservation. More

GUNN Honda had a good selection of cars to choose from. The sales rep approached us and did not pressure us into anything. Answered all of my questions, but the entire process was not perfect. I explained that darker tint on back windows was important to me and sales rep assured me that they could make it darker and sold me on the tint add-on. At the scheduled appointment, they said only did one percentage of tint could go all around the vehicle. Anything they promise, make sure you know specifics and have it in writing. Everything else was okay. More
