I worked on purchasing a new vehicle with Patrick Drum. My new vehicle was discovered to have light damage that was missed when I drove it off the lot. Upon my immediate return to the dealership. Patrick and Ted Vaughn reacted very quickly without hesitation to get the damage repaired. I was given a loaner truck and not only were the repairs made, as one would expect. But they also tinted my windows and installed foot rails for no cost to me. I have to say that their response was very professional and they were able to make me a happy customer in the end. Because of this I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you More
