The day of purchase was great. The sales and finance guys were great the day of purchase BUT ended up with them not able to fulfill a clear bra installation! I got the run around like you won’t believe. T were great the day of purchase BUT ended up with them not able to fulfill a clear bra installation! I got the run around like you won’t believe. The first guy that was supposed to install it was rude and pretty much said nope not doing it. Then Patric the finance guy gave me two more contacts and neither one even answered my calls (pretty sure Patric never contacted them). Ended up with a complete waste of time and lots of frustrations. Had to call the finance manager (left a message because they don’t answer phones) and left a bad review in Facebook for them to return my calls. Then they “solved” the issue with “we will just amend your loan” instead of actually fulfilling the order. So now after wasting my time I get to go find someone to do the job on my own. I really hope I never need anything else from them or something goes wrong with my vehicle because I’m probably SOL! More
