I went in for what I thought would be just a routine oil change, and somehow they turned it into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. From the second I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. The whole process was so smooth and efficient. They got me checked in quickly, kept me updated the entire time, and had my car finished before I knew it. The waiting area was spotless, comfortable, and made the time fly by. It’s obvious they take pride in what they do, and it truly shows. Finding a place that treats both you and your vehicle with this much care is rare these days. They made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another appointment on the schedule. A HUGE thank you to the entire Midtown Kia service team for going above and beyond. You’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer! If you’re looking for a dealership that delivers exceptional service, amazing people, and makes something as simple as an oil change feel like a VIP experience, Midtown Kia is the place to go.
