Terribly rude customer service I couldn't get any updates and he wouldn't listen to the actual problem I was having just trying to do a bunch of unnecessary work. And didn't complete another issue I'm having and he wouldn't listen to the actual problem I was having just trying to do a bunch of unnecessary work. This is the 2nd time going in for the exact same issue. I left 4 messages describing the problem and asking them to call me back and Patrick claims he didn't get any of them.
