Poor customer service I was pounded on to buy "something" extra with my used car, I declined, but later changed my mind, no one would call me back, I had to call two differ I was pounded on to buy "something" extra with my used car, I declined, but later changed my mind, no one would call me back, I had to call two different people four times to get a answer. ----i wanted to buy a part for the car that was missing, i was told it was too old and they would get me one off of another lot car, never heard back, I bought one from another dealer.---- I had a "we owe" repair done, when I picked up the car the person helping me was sitting in a lounge area and would not get up, and said the car is out there and pointed, it was not there it was on the other side of the building, I had to walk around the whole dealership to find it, when I worked for a dealership, we used to have the car brought up for the customer.----the navigation system radio did not work, but there really wasn't a way to check it out when I first got the car, but I was offered no help to fix it, perhaps a discount on parts and labor?? Nope! More
