Walking me through the finance program(2.99% for 6 yr Prestige Volvo was amazing... 1. Starting with the Test Drive 2. Educating me on features 3. Walking me through the finance program(2.99% for 6 yrs) and helping me with it 4. Availability of my preferred trim and features 5. Giving me time to think over my decision, not forcing me with calls/mails like other dealers 6. Honoring USAA price 7. On Vehicle pick up date walking me through paper works, features of my vehicle, ease of execution And last but not the least Filled up Petrol Tank :-) Special note for Chris... I recently leased a new Volvo S60 from Prestige Volvo in East Hanover. Matt was a pleasure to deal with and was able to get me into a car that was within my budget range. Joel took me through every feature East Hanover. Matt was a pleasure to deal with and was able to get me into a car that was within my budget range. Joel took me through every feature of the S60 and answered all of the questions I bombarded him with. Joel is knowledgeable, patient, and professional. If he is available, request that he takes you through the features of your new car. Matt also followed up with me a few days after I left to make sure I was happy with my new car and to see if I had any questions about any of the features. Overall, I have never had a better experience purchasing a new car. I will be visiting again soon when my wife is ready for a new car. Make sure you go to Prestige Volvo first before you visit another dealer. More

My wife has been talking about getting a Volvo for about a year and I have been strongly against her getting one. I didn't feel it would be a good fit for her especially in the winter so I told her we neede a year and I have been strongly against her getting one. I didn't feel it would be a good fit for her especially in the winter so I told her we needed to look around first, needless to say she was not happy, and told me she did her homework and gave me all the pros of why the Volvo would be great car and would handle the bad weather just as well as any truck in the winter. So after shopping around we found that we were not happy with any of the cars or trucks out there. So I broke down and we took a ride over to Prestige Volvo and much to my surprise we received a warm reception and were advised that a salesperson would be with us shortly, within 5 minutes Marilyn Zavada introduced herself. We discussed the car my wife was eyeing up the S60 T5 and she asked if we would like to take it for a test ride, we did and it was love at first ride! Two things we were looking for was a lower lease payment and good gas mileage, we got both and a lot more. We agreed on the vehicle that we test drove and had a deal. Then we spoke to Pat Masone who closed the deal and he explained all the paperwork to us and in no time we were done and my wife was driving her new car home! Most people find car buying to be a very stressful situation we found it to be a very pleasurable one. We would highly Prestige Volvo, and plan on being back in 3 years! Thank you!! More

Fantastic staff. Helpful, pleasant to negotiate with, very accommodating. Vehicle we purchased is beautiful but required a few minor repairs. Chris met us when we arrived and was very courteous and helpful throughout the negotiating process - all with no pressure and very profeesional. Pat met with us the next day to finalize all the paperwork - and on short notice, as we originally were coming in on Wednesday and called him last minute to let him know our schedule changed and we needed to do it a day earlier. He made it happen without hesitation. Joel walked us through our new vehicle orientation and was extremely thorough. We will recommend Prestige to anyone looking for a quality Volvo! We were taken back by the level of commitment the dealership had in getting us into a new car. We had time left on our lease and they were determined to find a buyer for this car. Within 24 hours the dealership had in getting us into a new car. We had time left on our lease and they were determined to find a buyer for this car. Within 24 hours they had a buyer and had a new car ready for us. When we went in today everything went so smoothly from start to finish they even gave us a gift for our little one. Their team offered assistance for eery step including removing our baby seat from our car and installing into the new new one. They greeted us at the door and closed our doors on the new vehicles as they thanked us for their business. We are looking forward to driving this car and purchasing many more from them in the future! Job well done Prestige! More

Every employee we worked with was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Chris was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me the best options that would fulfill my requirements. He was also very prompt in getting back to me when I e-mailed him q was looking for and gave me the best options that would fulfill my requirements. He was also very prompt in getting back to me when I e-mailed him questions and did everything that he said he would do without me having to ask multiple times. When we picked up the new car, he answered all of our questions (before we even asked most of them) and took the time to go through all of the features that the C70 has to offer. He made sure that we were comfortable before we drove off the lot and he was great in dealing with my very excited 8 year old son. Pat closed our loan and processed all of the paperwork. He too was a pleasure to work with. He got us completed and out of the dealership quickly without us feeling rushed. He was very organized and ready to deliver the car when we stepped into the dealership. When we went to the back to look at the car and go over it with Chris, they had a nice little sign specifically to my family. Overall it was a great experience! More

We came to the dealership to have our Volvo XC90 serviced and left buying a new 2011 XC60. I believe that our Salesman Chris knew the product line very well and was able to work with Pat in the Financing De and left buying a new 2011 XC60.
