I have had my new 2014 Volvo XC60 for about three weeks. Prestige Volvo was a great place to buy the car. Todd Garno was my salesman. Loved everything about the experience of buying my gorgeous new Volvo S60. We found a well-priced, used Accord online that was located at Prestige. It looked great, and Prestige reviews were good, but I got ready for the dealer dance. I spoke with Tina Bilokin and was happy w located at Prestige. It looked great, and Prestige reviews were good, but I got ready for the dealer dance. I spoke with Tina Bilokin and was happy with her knowledge and confidence that this was a good fit. I went for a look and a test drive and was very impressed. They'd done what work was needed (brakes, tires, oil, etc) to bring it up to their level of quality, which seems pretty high after visiting some other dealers. Tina was no-pressure, pleasant and professional when I said I needed to think on it and maybe bring my wife in to see it. Chris Parada, her boss, was also understanding. We came out two days later with the kids, they gave us the keys, and said 'Have a nice drive, wherever.' We did, and then came back and I chatted with a mechanic about it, and then we bought it, at an even better price - from some really good people. Even Pat, the finance guy, who pushed nothing on us but coffee and candy. The boys were delighted with our extra passengers on the way home - two most excellent bears. Will go back for my non-family car one day. More

Our experience here was wonderful. We came in on a Friday evening after battling NYC traffic. Paul was so welcoming and kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I first met with Deborah Amster-Smith on a Thursday afternoon. I purchased my vehicle by midday Friday and drove it off the lot that evening. I had just left Open Road Mazda of Morristown where i had the worst car experience ever. I arrived at Prestige Volvo and the experience couldn't have been more different. PJ Lee was friendly, energetic, the worst car experience ever. I arrived at Prestige Volvo and the experience couldn't have been more different. PJ Lee was friendly, energetic, and instantly made my wife, my 3 year old and i feel comfortable. After test driving the S60 we went inside and talked pricing. It was clear and easy to understand. They were able to meet our price range and the whole exchange couldn't have been more pleasant. We went for a small lunch and the financing was all done when we returned. Pat then had us sign some papers and he was also a joy to just talk to and work with. It was by far the easiest car buying experience in my life. More

Deborah made this experience very positive. I shopped at other dealerships and was annoyed that other salespeople would only mention what kind of radio and shopping bag holder the vehicle had rather than th other dealerships and was annoyed that other salespeople would only mention what kind of radio and shopping bag holder the vehicle had rather than the type of engine. Deborah was different and did not insult my intelligence. She is not only knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, but also helped me figure out the best financing option for me. I can't say enough good things about my experience and would highly recommend her. More

That was a Chevrolet Cavalier in 1987 when I Matt, After you and Deborah delivered my C70, I began to think about the first car that I purchased. That was a Chevrolet Cavalier in 1987 when I was 26. I purchased that car as it fit the insurance profile that would allow me to have, relatively speaking, affordable insurance coverage while existing as a single male under the age of 30 living in Brooklyn New York. Man, have times and experiences changed. Since that first car, including the C70 there has been a total of 12 new cars that I have been involved with over the last 26 years. Which of course makes for a good average of a new car almost every 2 years. With each shopping trip, I have noticed the inevitable written testimonial as to the expertise and care of the dealership that I was visiting. I have to tell you that I always looked at these with a large amount of skepticism. After all, the average persons experience buying a car is so bothersome, how could anyone be so moved as to write such a letter. Now I fully understand. A year ago, when I started this process, there was no doubt that I wanted this car. What I could not have imagined was what a great experience lay in store for me when ultimately I was able to close this deal. That Saturday in March 2012, when you had the paperwork out and the pen in my hand, and I ultimately had to pass the deal by, you were understanding and never once tried to pressure me into the purchase. As you recently told me, you knew that I would be back and you gave me all the latitude I needed to make the decision on my terms, and in fact getting the terms that I wanted that best suited me. Your showroom is welcoming, your support staff has been nothing but great and we haven’t even begun to discuss Deborah and Pat. Pat, was great. He had everything that I needed ready when I picked up the car. He made the purchase of the car, straight forward and had me taken care of quickly without any issues at all. He obviously understands even to a car buying veteran how difficult a process this can be, after all we are not talking about a can of peas. He made sure that I was comfortable with each decision, explained all of the paperwork and making sure that my final package included all the information that I need. Deborah, what a great test drive that we had. When you consider, how concerned you all were, considering that my Mom had just passed away less than 24 hours earlier, she made that afternoon a pleasure for me. She was lighthearted and gave me a chance to think about the fun side of life, in the middle of all the chaos that I was facing. Then on top of that, she was able to answer almost every question I had about the car, then demonstrating one of the best traits a salesperson can have. When she didn’t know the answer to a question, she told me to wait a moment while she looked it up. She didn’t try and come up with an answer, she took the time and made the effort to get me the right information. Outstanding! I guess the real star of the show, is the car itself. The C70 is an amazing machine. I am still learning my way around it and each day feel more attuned to its nuances. It is without doubt the single best car that I have ever purchased. I am so looking forward to years of enjoyment. Of the cars that I have purchased, this is my fourth convertible. Each time, I have gotten the next one, I have wondered if this is the last convertible that I will buy, if it is, then I have truly saved the best for last. When anyone mentions a Volvo to me, you and your dealership will always be my first response. Bob Robert H. I was treated with dignity and respect and felt a genuine sincere desire from the Prestige Volvo sales team to make my experience there enjoyable. I was given a fantastic deal on a XC 60 T6 AWD and for the first time ever in 25 years don't feel as though I just finished swimming naked across the Ganges river. Pat Masone was also very helpful in the end off the deal with the financing. In other words, I feel really good about the whole experience. Great SUV at an awesome price. I highly recommend this dealership and Deborah A Smith as my sales consultant. More
