This is the first dealership that I have made an appointment for service to be told by 2 employees that the appointment only puts me in line to have the car looked at and that might take 1 or 2 or 3 appointment for service to be told by 2 employees that the appointment only puts me in line to have the car looked at and that might take 1 or 2 or 3 days depending on the backlog of service work they have. Poor customer service huh,,,,,, poor scheduling huh,,,,I called a few more dealerships in area and was told vehicle would be looked day of appointment. Must be hard to be a service advisor to disappoint your customers like this. Would like to have service manager call me to explain customer service and overbooking. I bet after making an appointment for his doctor he would no want to wait a couple days in the office till the doctor had time for him. Never tell a customer an excuse, your problem should not be thiers. More

I did not mean to delete my 2 reviews on Pat Millenkin Ford. They have the worst customer service, they fastify car fax which was taken off after an investigation. I have all the call logs, email and mess Ford. They have the worst customer service, they fastify car fax which was taken off after an investigation. I have all the call logs, email and messages of me trying to get hold of a manager, still to this day no response. They claim I was out of warranty but was well in warranty the 2 day's after I received my vehicle back and was told they did everything. But come to find out they didn't. It's crazy how they tell customers that they can't get them in for months but where are those months going for the customers ? Sounds like a rip off game. And to answer Jordan question why wouldn't you guy's fix it under Ford's dime ? Well smart customers know under warranty the dealership don't get same amount as if a person paying out of pocket. It was also a manufacturer customer satisfaction program #20A07 for transmission that was suppose to add another year to my warranty but it never was. Then why lie on my carfax and said you checked my car but how when I had it moved because you was trying to get me to pay for another diagnostic test when the first one was never done. Sad how you guy's are telling people to come in months after the first call then when they warranty runs out oh now they can bring it in ? SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO GET MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. More

Looking back at my experience- they solved my issues. I purchased my used Lincoln Navigator from a neighboring car dealership several miles from Milliken Ford. Before the purchase I made a deal with the salesman that if any issues come up with my Ford certified inspection ($100.00) that he would pay for all/any repairs. Car inspection passed. Moving forward, YEARS later my engine starts making a ticking noise on acceleration. I figured that I would take it to Milliken Ford. I work crazy long hours and was able to drop it off after hours. We had a couple minor hiccups along the way/repair but Jordan and Pat Lyons made it rite! Extremely fair, professional and accommodating. Thanks Again for Fixing/Eliminating my Engine Noise/Issues. My Pat Milliken Ford Experience : Several of my Ford Vehicles have been sales with and by the Kelly Family. From the Day I met the Father and two sons that make up the Kelly Sales Team I knew this was a long lasting relationship. I was not sold on a vehicle from the start. Trust, transparency, respect for my budget and specific needs along with wants and desires were expressed from the moment we greeted each other. My vehicle specs and pricing matched my expectations. I felt good about the very day I set foot into Pat Milliken Ford. Kelly Family – you have a customer for LIFE! Unexpectedly, and on my own decision, I decided to take my Lariat to have serviced locally as PMF is about 40 minutes from my home. Dealership Service Departments are not the same, boy did I find this out the hard way. After three visits with two being on appointments I was disgusted with my service experience near my home with another Ford Franchise Dealership. Very frustrated I called Pat Milliken and spoke with Scott Duczyminski in Service. He heard what I had to say and listened to know that this was a topic the head of the service department at PMF needed to hear. Pat Lyons, department head, met with me and we discovered the warranty items and he planned a parts ordering immediately the day I was present. The dealership of origination, although a bit out of my way for service, took real life approach on a conscientious client/service team resolution. I was aware from Pat & Scott’s word as well as follow up text messages on the status of repairs. My feelings towards them are with true respect to their trade. The vehicle was not delivered until Pat & Scott were satisfied with my services. They really stepped up where the other Ford Service Department failed. I made sure to call Ford Headquarters department of vehicle services to tell my experience. Now I want to make sure anyone considering Pat Milliken Ford knows that Sales & Service are second to none. Great team! Fast and Professional! Pat, Scotty, and the team are fast and professional. I only use Milliken for service on my 3 Ford vehicles. Despite being extremely busy, my car was Pat, Scotty, and the team are fast and professional. I only use Milliken for service on my 3 Ford vehicles. Despite being extremely busy, my car was in and out of the shop quickly with a thorough inspection report. Great job, as always! More
